GOVERNOR NATHIF RESHUFFLES CABINET IN A MOVE THAT DEMOTE SOME, PROMOTE OTHERS, WITH OTHERS FATE UNKNOWN

Governor Jama has affected silent mini-reshuffle of his cabinet on Friday evening, which saw some “ministers” demoted, other moved upward, while others fate remains unknown, the Frontier Leaks can authoritative reveal.
The reshuffle, which is the second in less than a year has sent shivers among some ministers, whose movement around dull dockets draws a pattern of been drop soon or latter.

 Hubi Hussein is the biggest beneficiary in the latest reshuffle, after she was moved from the boring dockets of Agriculture, Irrigation Services and Fisheries to that of headache inducing, but lucrative sector of Health and Sanitation Services.

Saphia Sheikh Omar takes over the County neglected docket of Agriculture, Irrigation Services and Fisheries. However, Madam Saphia, will now have less ulcers since handling this sector is a child play considering majority of the locals never asks for farm equipments.

Hajir Mohamed Dahiye who seems to be tacitly been pushed to periphery of the County affairs despite his supposed closeness to County's CEO, got shocking move second time in less than six months to lowly Livestock and Pastoral Economy which is shell hived from main Agriculture docket.

In bid to concentrate County pulse that hold the “Honey” at hands of one man - Abdihakim Sheikh Dayib, a soft spoke figure described man as the blue eyed boy of the Governor by those in the corridors of power, Jama lumped together the powerful directorate of the County Affairs under the department of Finance, Revenue and Economic Planning at watch of Dayib.

Idriss Mukhtar, is another visibly casualty in the round two reshuffle, after been moved into the crowded and mouthful department of Youth, Sport, Trade, Investment, Enterprise Development and cooperatives.

Ahmed Aden Hire, the man with a head half empty of hairs like the later whispers columnist Wahome Mutahi and this writer remains at helm of the crucial department of Roads, Public Works, Lands, Housing and Physical Planning.

Bernard Wambua Nzau was appointed as the County Head of Procurement replacing the son of the soil Mohamed Bare Aden whose faith is not clear in the movement.



Nzau is an experienced civil servant who has been working at the district treasury will also be the secretary to the County Central Tender Committee whose members included Dr. Sofia Mohamed Ahmed, Abdikadir Sugow Ahmed, Abdullahi Diis Hussein, Mohamed Hassan Mohamud,Rahma Dekow Omar and Abdinasir Sheikh Yussuf and Roble Said Nunow.
